Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Joint Bookrunner in Bending Spoons’ listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (trading began on 1 July 2026).

Bending Spoons operates acquiring digital businesses that transforms and optimizes aiming at sustainably increase their profitability; then, it reinvests the proceeds into further acquisitions, creating a powerful growth flywheel.

Bending Spoons has successfully executed this strategy for more than a decade and, to date, has not divested any significant business.
