CORPORATES AND PUBLIC ENTITIES

Corporates and Public Entities

In order to continue to grow, it is essential to seek new opportunities and new markets. For this reason, we offer corporate customers and public entities a strategic cash management service to make their activities and decisions easier and more straightforward.

Services

Digital innovation, speed of execution, variety of solutions, and Open API connections for Real-Time bank-customer interaction are the strengths of our cash management services, including:

  • Open Banking: the digital channel that allows customers to send payment instructions and receive information by enabling direct communication between the company's information systems and those of Intesa Sanpaolo Group through API (Application Programming Interface) protocols. Intesa Sanpaolo makes its public portal available to present its range of Open Banking services. Customers may also use the portal to book an appointment if they wish to have more detailed information;

  • Virtual Account: the service makes it possible to automatically reconcile collections received by bank transfer, by associating an ordinary current account with one or more virtual IBAN numbers that the customer will communicate to its debtors as bank details for crediting payments through SEPA transfers and international bank transfers. Each virtual IBAN can therefore be associated with a payer or an individual debt position;

  • Billing:  a flexible and dynamic invoicing service that allows simplified management of expenses and fees for transactional and trade finance products through a single debit, at the end of a given reference period, of all expenses and fees for the products and services related to billing, accompanied by detailed reports provided periodically in the customer's preferred format;

  • Remote offers (exchange of documents and multi-channel customer journey): through the exchange of documents it is possible to remotely sign the contracts, without the need to visit the branch, and view the documents received on Inbiz, by means of a remote digital signature.
    The multi-channel Customer Journey enables the purchase of the bank's products on Inbiz.

Global management of treasury and innovative services to improve efficiency at the domestic and international level.

  • Domestic Cash Pooling: this service allows full control of corporate liquidity to balance credit and debit positions in all the accounts held in the pooling structure, automating liquidity management and centralising it on a single account;

  • International Cash Pooling: this service enables the daily and automatic transfer of credit and debit positions, by balance and currency, of each "peripheral" account held at a Group branch or bank, to a single central account, optimising liquidity management and reducing recourse to borrowing. It can be extended to leading third-party banks worldwide and is available in the International Cash Concentration and International Zero Balance mode.

  • SWIFT 94X/MT101: the use of information services via SWIFT enables the timely monitoring of corporate liquidity, aggregating the reporting messages coming from each international current account in a single interface. The most widespread information messaging in the world is the one based on international SWIFT MT94X standards.

Pan-European and international coverage of collection and payment services.
