The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo has participated, as arranger, together with a pool of banks, in a new EUR185M Sustainability-Linked Schuldschein financing in favor of MAIRE.
The instrument includes a pricing mechanism linked to the MAIRE Group’s decarbonization targets.
The proceeds will be used to satisfy the company’s financial needs, in particular for the early repayment of existing credit facilities.
