Financial advisor to Omnia Technologies on the acquisition of BRAM-COR

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo supported as financial advisor Omnia Technologies in the acquisition of BRAM-COR.

The transaction is part of four strategic acquisitions carried out by Omnia Technologies, a leading company in automation technologies and integrated solutions for the beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Founded in 1964 and operating in more than 70 countries, BRAM-COR is a global leader in pharmaceutical water treatment technologies (PW, WFI and PS), with a focus on sterile plants and processes for liquid pharmaceutical products.

The company combines specialized expertise in formulation, processing, filling and packaging with the provision of integrated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Through this transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo, led by CEO Carlo Messina, further confirms its role as a strategic partner supporting the growth and industrial consolidation of leading Italian companies.
