Engineering’s Financial Advisor in the Sale of Alfahealth to Accenture

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo supported the Engineering Group as a financial advisor in the sale to Accenture of the entire share capital of Alfahealth, a company specializing in innovation solutions for the Italian healthcare sector.

The transaction is part of a broader agreement that also provides for the sale to Accenture of the Industries eXcellence Group, a company active in the development of digital technologies and services for the industrial sector.
