The second edition of the Next Generation Executive Program dedicated to the young talents of the Division gets underway

In line with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s Strategic Plan, the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division strengthens its commitment and focus on its young professionals by launching the second edition of the biennial program Next Generation Executive Program.

It is a training course, developed in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit’Ed, dedicated to colleagues under 36 of the Division.

A team of specialists, coming from the academic world and the Group, will follow the young people selected who will test themselves with individual tests, group works and a final project work. The aim of this initiative is to equip the young professionals of the next generation with transversal skills and prepare them to work synergistically  in an international and multicultural community.

In the long term, the benefits brought by the program will include the enhancement of advisory services dedicated to Corporate customers and the strengthening of the commitment to digitisation and innovation, in accordance with the objectives of the Group’s strategic plan.

Consequently, in the two-year period  2023-2025 specialised Corporate & Investment Banking topics will be flanked by sessions dedicated to the acquisition of skills in strategic areas such as ESG, artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.
