Awarded as Outstanding Digital CX - Trade Finance Initiative in Europe by The Digital Banker

During the sixth edition of the Digital CX Awards, Intesa Sanpaolo was awarded for the first time in the category Outstanding Digital CX - Trade Finance Initiative in Europe by The Digital Banker.

The Bank stood out from its competitors for its constant commitment along the path of digitization, automation and innovation, both of processes and of the services offered, with particular reference to Inbiz "Modulo Estero".

The award went to the innovative digital platform that allows customers to have, in a single dashboard, the tools and information needed to optimize their international trade activities and:

- Keep a quick overview of current foreign transactions and access the relevant detail lists and device forms

- Search for business opportunities in high-potential countries and the most suitable products by searching for tenders and international trade fairs, analyzing new markets and more than 180 country profiles with commercial, financial and regulatory information

- Get to know Intesa Sanpaolo's range of products and services dedicated to import and export

- Consult standards and operating practices regulating foreign trade such as ICC rules, clauses of international contracts, customs duties and controls, shipping documents

This is the only global award dedicated to identifying innovative and pioneering solutions in the Digital Customer Experience for the financial services, for which 702 nominations were submitted by 140 banks worldwide.

This award confirms the effectiveness of Intesa Sanpaolo's commitment to proposing digital and innovative solutions, responding to the needs of increasingly demanding customers in a more and more competitive environment, and its role as an "accelerator" of the process of digitalization of corporate customers.
