Intesa Sanpaolo at Miart 2025 - International Modern and Contemporary Art Fair
to 19.04.2026
Intesa Sanpaolo, in collaboration with its Art, Culture and Heritage Department, the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and the Private Banking Division, will once again be the main partner of Miart in 2026 – the international fair of modern and contemporary art organised by Fiera Milano, taking place from 17 to 19 April 2026 at the South Wing of Allianz MiCo.
The 2026 edition is entitled New Directions, marking the double centenary of the births of American jazz musicians John Coltrane (this year’s title for Miart is, in fact, a tribute to his 1963 album of the same name) and Miles Davis. Miart is undergoing a transformation that encompasses every aspect of its identity: from curatorial content to dialogue with galleries, from its corporate identity to the visitor experience itself.
Intesa Sanpaolo is presenting an exhibition dedicated to Robert Ryman and Mario Schifano “Ryman / Schifano, Standard / Variations. 1960–1970: controlled improvisations from the modal to the monochrome”, which begins in the Bank’s lounge area within the Fair and continues seamlessly at the Gallerie d’Italia, where visitors can admire Robert Ryman’s monumental Surface Veil IV and a selection of works by the two artists from the Group’s collections.
