Premio Tiepolo

On 12 December, the Tiepolo Award will be held at the Italian Embassy in Spain.

The name of this important award, conferred by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS) and the Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), comes from the famous Italian painter who spent most of his life in Madrid, where he painted several frescoes for the Royal Palace and where he died in 1770. His career made him a natural precursor of the excellent relations between Italy and Spain.

The prize is awarded each year to an Italian and a Spanish personality who have contributed to strengthening economic relations between the two countries.
