Training and Development paths for Professionals and Emerging Talents
The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, led by Mauro Micillo, is increasingly committed to the training and development of both professionals and new talent, in Italy and abroad.
Among the Division’s most significant initiatives are:
- IMI CIB Next Generation Executive Program, a partnership with SDA Bocconi that has already involved over 100 young professionals under 36 from 25 countries
- FutureCraft, a deep-dive program on industrial sectors and on the macroeconomic context
- I’M IN Graduate Program, an 18-month training path that includes permanent employment and rotations across various desks of the Division
- Summer Internship Program, aimed at students from top universities, offering three months of experience at our offices in New York and London
- Partnerships with prestigious universities such as Imperial College London and HEC Paris
- Finance and Good Stories, a series of talks with writer and entrepreneur Guido Maria Brera at major Italian universities
The Division also promotes internal development initiatives, such as: structured onboarding, listening programs, mentoring activities focused on female talent, and multi-year sector-specific training paths.
All these initiatives align with the goals of Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s 2022–2025 Business Plan, led by CEO Carlo Messina, which prioritizes educational inclusion, youth employability, and reducing inequality.
