IMI CIB participates in €100 million financing to empower Bonatti

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, together with a pool of banks, participated in a €100 million financing facility for Bonatti, an international general contractor operating in the energy sector.

The new resources will help strengthen the Group's capital and financial structure, supporting the implementation of the development lines set out in the 2025-2029 Business Plan, including:

• volume growth
• expansion of geographical presence
• enhancement of production capacity
• development of Net-Zero sector activities

As part of the transaction, the IMI CIB Division acted as Global Coordinator, Facility Agent and SACE Agent, confirming its commitment to supporting strategic business plans and accompanying Italian companies on their growth and energy transition paths.
