Intesa Sanpaolo, IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, acted as financial advisor to Bending Spoons in the acquisition of komoot, a digital platform for adventure lovers and outdoor enthusiasts from all over the world.

The transaction, made possible by Intesa Sanpaolo's service model dedicated to mid cap companies, was carried out thanks to the collaboration between the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking and Banca dei Territori Divisions.

Bending Spoons has reached one billion people worldwide through its apps, including Brightcove, Evernote, Meetup, Remini, StreamYard and WeTransfer, which are used by over 300 million people every month.
