We support the Asilo Mariuccia Foundation with the 'Casa Ersilia' project

 

Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, supports the crowdfunding initiative in favour of the Asilo Mariuccia Foundation for the 'Casa Ersilia' project.

The aim of the fundraiser is to raise EUR 150,000 for the construction of two secret shelters in the Lombardy region for women who are victims of abuse and violence; in addition to finance the structural renovation of the buildings, it will support one year activity of the psychotherapist operator specialised in welcoming victims of violence and the purchase of a vehicle for the safe transport of women and their children.

The fundraising is active on For Funding, Intesa Sanpaolo's platform for direct, secure and transparent donations and reporting on the  fundraising progress and subsequent use of the money.

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division undertakes to double each donation received from the platform until it reaches a total of EUR 50,000.

With the 2022-2025 Business Plan, the Group, led by CEO Carlo Messina, with the establishment of the dedicated structure Intesa Sanpaolo per il Sociale, strengthens its objective of being a reference point in social sustainability.
