Constructive Dialogues: Obiettivo Italia 2024 in Lonato del Garda
In the evocative setting of the medieval Rocca di Lonato del Garda (Brescia) the fourth stage of "Obiettivo Italia 2024", the journey to meet companies locally devised by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, the Banking Group led by CEO Carlo Messina, came to an end. Leaders and experts, from some of the most representative companies in Lombardy and the North East, joined for an in-depth discussion on sustainability, economic growth and financial innovation.
The event offered participants an opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with professionals from the Division, led by Mauro Micillo, further delving into the topics discussed.
In a period marked by economic and geo-political uncertainty, energy transition and the growing emphasis on ESG standards are becoming increasingly important.
This was the program of the event:
Opening remarks by Michele Sorrentino, Head of IMI CIB Italian Network: direction and aspirations of the meeting.
Introductory remarks by Nicola Doninelli, Head of Distribution Platforms & Gtb IMI CIB.
Economic and financial scenario, with Gregorio De Felice, Chief Economist Intesa Sanpaolo: outlook on the global economy and focus on the Italian economy.
Risk Management, with Stefano Rivellini, Head of Corporate & Strategic Solutions Sales, IMI CIB: integrated strategies for sustainable risk and liquidity management.
ESG Framework, explored by Erica Abisso, Head of ESG Advisory IMI CIB: impact and opportunities offered by compliance with ESG standards.
With the last two stages of the initiative scheduled in Rome and Naples, the Division continues its constructive dialogue with companies, exploring together future opportunities for collaboration.
