Greenwich Awards 2022: Intesa Sanpaolo is Share Leader and Quality Leader in Large Corporate Trade Finance

In the survey, carried out between April and August 2022 on a sample of companies in the Large Corporate segment, Intesa Sanpaolo was confirmed as a point of reference for customers on their path to digital transition for the quality and completeness of its Trade Finance solution offerings, demonstrating a constant focus on anticipating, intercepting and satisfying customer needs.

In fact, Intesa Sanpaolo constant focus on the digital transition was confirmed by the companies interviewed, which recognized the Inbiz internet banking platform as one of the most widely used and with the highest added value in Italy, while highlighting the leadership of Inbiz Trade Finance, which continues to be enriched with additional services and features, including the Foreign Module.

The recognition of Share Leader in Italy was awarded not only for the leadership in terms of domestic market penetration but also for the support Intesa Sanpaolo provides to its corporate clients internationally. In addition, the quality of advice offered by specialists, the high level of service and performance in Trade Finance operations enabled Intesa Sanpaolo to achieve the best result in the Net Promoter Score - an indicator that measures customer satisfaction - and to obtain recognition as a Quality Leader as well.
