Intesa Sanpaolo has been present in Poland since 1997 with the setting up of a Representative Office in Warsaw, upgraded to a full operative Corporate Branch in March 2013.
The Bank conducts its activity in Poland through Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. Spolka Akcyjna Oddzial w Polsce on the basis of the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) of 4 December 2012.
The Branch is part of the International Network of IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and it works closely with the Group’s international entities and the local units of the Italian network with the aim of providing Polish, Italian and International clients with tailored solutions best suited to respond their short and medium term financial needs.
