Sustainability-linked financing for Goglio

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, together with a pool of banks, has participated in a sustainability-linked financing facility totaling €40 million in favor of the Goglio Group.

The transaction comprises two separate credit facilities:

  • a capex facility, for a maximum amount of €30 million, intended to finance costs and investments
  • an international growth facility, for a maximum amount of €10 million, aimed at supporting the Group’s expansion planned for the 18 months following the signing, in line with the latest business plan.

As part of the transaction, the IMI CIB Division acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Arranger and Sustainability Coordinator.
