Obiettivo Italia 2026 – Geopolitics and global markets: how to navigate them? First stop: Firenze
The third edition of Obiettivo Italia is now underway, the national series of meetings organised by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division dedicated to engaging with businesses on the key drivers of transformation, including international scenarios, risk management and innovation.
A national dialogue with Italian businesses
Obiettivo Italia is a travelling initiative that strengthens direct dialogue between Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and the Italian business community. The 2026 edition features eight stops in some of the country’s key economic regions, with meetings dedicated to analysing macroeconomic and geopolitical trends and their impact on corporate strategies.
The events bring together entrepreneurs, managers and the bank’s specialists for a structured discussion on key issues for business competitiveness.
Focus on scenarios, risks and innovation
This year’s edition explores in particular:
- the evolution of macroeconomic and geopolitical scenarios
- risk management tools in volatile environments
- the role of innovation in the transformation of business models
The initiative forms part of the IMI CIB Division’s strategy to support businesses with specialist expertise and advisory solutions in a rapidly evolving global context.
“L’obiettivo è consolidare il nostro ruolo di partner strategico per i clienti, mettendo a disposizione competenze specialistiche e soluzioni di advisory a supporto dei loro percorsi di crescita e competitività sui mercati internazionali”
Michele Sorrentino, Head of the Italian Network at Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI CIB Division
