New bonds issued by Intesa Sanpaolo

One new issuance expands the family of Intesa Sanpaolo Bonds, currently comprising senior and unsecured bonds:

• USD Step Down Bond (ISIN IT0005695850), 12-years tenor and gross annual decreasing coupons payable quarterly starting from 9.50% to 3.50%.

The new bond is issued by Intesa Sanpaolo and is listed on both MOT and EuroTLX (part of Borsa Italiana).

The bonds can be traded through your own bank account, financial intermediary or phone banking. The offer price, interest payments and principal repayment will be in the original currency of the instrument
