The fourth edition of the Next Generation Executive Program is underway

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo is launching the fourth edition of the Next Generation Executive Program, a training initiative designed for young professionals within the Division, created in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit’ED.

After involving around 150 professionals, with the new edition, the total number of participants will reach 200 under-35 professionals working in Italy and abroad.

The training program for the two-year period 2026–2028 includes:

• strengthened content focused on artificial intelligence, innovation and digital transformation
• in-depth modules on macroeconomic trends and geopolitical dynamics
• approximately 150 hours of training, including in-person and digital sessions, action learning activities and a final Project Work

Through this initiative, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group reaffirms its commitment to developing human capital and supporting youth employability.
