Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and in a syndicate with other banks and financial institutions, has participated in a secured financing for a total amount of EUR 134.5M in favour of BolognaFiere. In particular, the Division acted as Global Coordinator, Bookrunner, Mandated Lead Arranger and Agent Bank.
BolognaFiere, listed on the Professional segment of the Euronext Growth Milan market and one of the leading international trade fair operators, through this financing aims to optimise its financial structure.
