Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division participated in the refinancing of Equitix, one of Europe's leading infrastructure investors.
The initiative is part of the operation that saw Equitix increase its stake in the joint venture with ACEA to 90% and expand its portfolio of solar plants to 144 MWp through a further acquisition.
The IMI CIB Division acted as lending bank, underwriter, structuring MLA, hedging bank, bookrunner, Green Loan Coordinator and agent bank.
Intesa Sanpaolo further confirms its strategic role in supporting industrial and financial operators in the development of sustainable projects and in strengthening growth models focused on decarbonisation.
