IMI CIB Next Generation Executive Program II Edition concluded

The second edition of the Next Generation Executive Program development program, dedicated to under 36s working in Italy and abroad, of Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division has come to the end.

The initiative, like the previous ones organized in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Learning Strategy, SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit'Ed, trains professionals and managers of the next generation to work synergistically in an international and multicultural community and to acquire transversal skills necessary to face the challenges of the future.

The training offer of the second edition of the two-year program has been enriched with content related to artificial intelligence and innovation precisely to better understand and be able to manage new trends and evolutions of the competitive scenario. Special attention was also paid to the topics of digitalization, fintech and sustainability.

The program fits in with the objectives of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's 2023-2025 Business Plan, presented by Carlo Messina, which envisages an ongoing commitment to educational inclusion and youth employability as part of the Bank's initiatives to address social needs and combat inequality.
