Sole Financial Advisor of QuattroR investing in Next Different

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo acted as Sole Financial Advisor to the private equity fund QuattroR investing in the share capital of Next Different, one of Italy’s leading players in integrated communication.

The agreement includes a EUR 20M capital increase aimed at supporting the company’s external growth, with the goal of consolidating its leadership position in the Italian market through further M&A transactions.

This confirms the Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s role as a strategic partner of Italian mid caps in their growth and development paths.
