Support to NEXTCHEM for the first Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division supported NEXTCHEM (MAIRE Group) in structuring the first Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework, aimed at accelerating the energy transition, acting as Sustainability Coordinator.

The Framework sets ambitious targets for suppliers engagement and emissions reduction, thanks to NEXTCHEM's products and technologies, in line with the company's commitment to decarbonisation and green acceleration.

The transaction confirms the role of the IMI CIB Division as a strategic partner for companies committed to sustainability and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
