New bond issued by Intesa Sanpaolo
A new issuance expands the family of Intesa Sanpaolo Bonds, currently comprising senior and unsecured bonds:
USD Fixed To Floating Switchable (ISIN CODE IT0005630188), 12-years tenor - provides for the payment of annual gross coupons of 10% for the first and second year. From the end of the second year onwards, annually, the issuer has the option to convert all subsequent coupons into a variable rate linked to the performance of the SOFR Index + 1.70%.
In the event that the Issuer does not exercise the option to convert from a fixed rate to a variable rate, the Bond will pay decreasing coupons calculated at a gross annual rate of 6% from the third to the fifth year, 5% from the sixth to the eighth year, and 4% from the ninth to the twelfth and final year.
The new bond is issued by Intesa Sanpaolo and is listed on both MOT and EuroTLX (part of Borsa Italiana).
The bonds can be traded through your own bank account, financial intermediary or phone banking. The offer price, interest payments and principal repayment will be in the original currency of the instrument.
