Fulvia Lucantonio: the new General Secretary of ACEPI

The Board of Directors of ACEPI, the Italian Association of Certificates and Investment Products, has appointed Fulvia Lucantonio, member of the IMI CIB Legal Advisory area, as the new General Secretary of the Association.

Lawyer Lucantonio has many years of experience in the Finance and Banking sector, gained at leading Italian law firms and boasts a long period in London as an in-house lawyer in an American investment bank. In 2016, she joined Intesa Sanpaolo as head of the Compliance Network Estero CIB structure. Since 2022, within the IMI CIB Legal Advisory area of ​​the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, she has been responsible for the documentation of the issuance of certificates, bonds and other structured products.

Thanks to her elevated level of legal and strategic expertise, she will contribute to further strengthening the role of ACEPI in the national financial landscape, consolidating the dialogue with institutions and supporting the certificate industry in a constantly evolving regulatory and economic context.
