Italian Equity Champions: Italian excellence in the first edition in New York
Intesa Sanpaolo held the first edition of “Italian Equity Champions” in New York, an event designed to promote Italian excellence and strengthen the link between the Italian corporate world and international investors.
The initiative, promoted by the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, brought together nine listed Italian companies (Azimut Holding, Brembo, CNH, Eni, Piaggio, Pirelli, Sanlorenzo, Technogym, and Technoprobe) with over 30 institutional investors representing 25 financial institutions, demonstrating great interest and confidence in the growth potential of the companies involved.
The Intesa Sanpaolo Group has a consolidated presence in the United States and, in recent years, the IMI CIB Division has supported major international players in infrastructure projects, including:
- the Cider solar farm, the largest in New York State
- the cruise terminal in Miami
- New Terminal One at JFK Airport
- the financing of SunZia, the largest renewable energy infrastructure in the US.
The Intesa Sanpaolo Group, led by CEO Carlo Messina, continues to be a strategic partner for global companies, while also promoting the internationalization of Italian companies.
