Irisacqua: financing for the modernisation of the Integrated Water Service

Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, participated in a pool financing to Irisacqua for a total of EUR 117.5M, aimed at modernising the Integrated Water Service in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

More specifically, the transaction is aimed at:

• refinancing existing debt
  
  
• supporting a significant portion of the investments envisaged in the Action Plan for the period 2024-2029, estimated at a total of EUR 83M

Irisacqua's Plan envisages accelerating modernisation projects and the commitment to an increasingly efficient and sustainable water service for the community.

In the transaction, the IMI CIB Division acted as Arranger, Lender and Agent Bank, confirming Intesa Sanpaolo's commitment to supporting strategic and sustainable projects for the region.
