Financial Advisor of MFE in the takeover bid on ProSieben

Intesa Sanpaolo, IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, supported MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE as financial advisor in the tender offer aunched on ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (ProSieben). In addition, the Division acted as Underwriter, Bookrunner and MLA in the pool financing of the transaction.

MFE announced its intention to launch a voluntary tender offer to increase its stake in ProSieben, the leading German entertainment operator.
