Financial Advisor to Green Arrow Capital’s acquisition of DeA Capital Alternative Fund SGR

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as the sole financial advisor to Green Arrow Capital in the binding agreement to acquire DeA Capital Alternative Fund SGR.

Green Arrow Capital is one of the leading independent players in alternative and sustainable investments in Italy and Europe. DeA Capital Alternative Fund SGR, wholly owned by the De Agostini Group, manages various funds in private equity, special situations, and non-performing loans (NPL), as well as separate account mandates and fund-of-funds portfolios.

This transaction will enable Green Arrow Capital to accelerate its growth path, consolidating its domestic leadership in alternative asset management, and to mark another step in its national and international aggregation strategy, through expanding its presence in Spain.
