Intesa Sanpaolo ranked among the best agent banks in Europe by Global Custodian  

Intesa Sanpaolo, through the Global Transaction Banking of IMI Corporate & Invesment Banking Division, stood out internationally in the 2025 edition of the “Agent Banks in Major Markets” survey by Global Custodian, one of the leading recognitions in the custody services sector.

Below is a brief summary of the outstanding results:

• Intesa Sanpaolo ranked in the “Very Good” category, exceeding both the global and regional averages in all major service categories;
• 49% of customers surveyed rated the service as “Excellent”, while 41% rated it as “Above Average”;
• Seven categories achieved a “Very Good” rating, with “Securities Lending” standing out with a score well above the global average;
• “Relationship Management” and “Client Service” received the highest scores, confirming the quality and consistency of the service offered.

This result once again confirms Intesa Sanpaolo’s leadership in the custody services landscape, thanks to an approach focused on innovation, transparency and client centrality.
