Financing CPL Concordia investments

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, together with a pool of leading banks, participated in the EUR 72M financing to CPL CONCORDIA.

Thanks to this financing, backed by the SACE Archimede Guarantee, CPL CONCORDIA is embarking on a development path with investments in energy efficiency, digitalisation, implementation of Artificial Intelligence and sustainability.

CPL CONCORDIA is a leading company in the production, management and distribution of energy systems, whose focus today is mainly on the energy transition, in particular: biomethane, photovoltaics and hydrogen, with significant projects at national level, including the Hydrogen Valley in Modena.

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Global Coordinator, Bookrunner and Mandated Lead Arranger.

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group has once again confirmed its leading role in supporting strategic initiatives for industrial innovation and energy transition.
