Financial Advisor di Saras nella cessione a PLT Energia di SarHelianto

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as financial advisor to Saras in the transaction that led to the sale of SarHelianto, a subsidiary of Sardeolica, to PLT Energia.

SarHelianto owns and operates the Macchiareddu photovoltaic park in the province of Cagliari, with an installed capacity of 79 MW.

PLT Energia is one of Italy's leading independent operators in the wind and photovoltaic energy sector.

Saras, through its subsidiary Sardeolica, is focusing on the development of renewable energy, mainly in Sardinia, where it owns two wind farms with a total capacity of 171 MW and a pipeline of over 650 MW in various stages of development.

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group confirms its commitment as a strategic advisor in the energy sector, supporting sustainable growth and accompanying companies in their energy transition journeys.
