Financial Advisor to Nextalia in the sale of Diagram Group

Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Financial Advisor to Nextalia SGR in the sale of its entire stake in the Diagram Group to a consortium consisting of CDP Equity and Trilantic Europe. The transaction also includes the reinvestment of BF Agricola, a company controlled by B.F. S.p.A., and the top management of Diagram.

Diagram, a client of Banca dei Territori Division, is a leader in precision farming services, technological solutions, and software applications for the agricultural sector.

This transaction contributes to consolidate Diagram positioning as a leader agritech platform in the European market, diversifying its products and solutions portfolio through organic growth and M&A.
