Advisor to F2i in the sale of 40% of Iren Acqua to Ireti

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as financial advisor to F2i in the disposal of 40% stake of Iren Acqua, a company that manages the integrated water service in 39 municipalities in the Alto Genovese area, to Ireti (an Iren group company).

As a result of the transaction, Ireti owns 100% of Iren Acqua, which will be merged into Ireti itself, allowing for an important rationalization of costs and greater operational efficiency.
