Ardian's financial advisor in the transaction with Finint on Save

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as financial advisor to Ardian in the acquisition, jointly with Finint Infrastrutture, of Milione S.p.A., which controls Save S.p.A.

The Save Group includes the airports of Venice, Verona, Treviso and Brescia, as well as a stake in Charleroi, Belgium, which together handled approximately 29 million passengers in 2024.

The transaction, which is expected to close between the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between Ardian and Finint Infrastrutture. The aim is to promote the development of Save and the entire airport system in the north-east, as well as to create a major operator capable of promoting new acquisitions with a view to expansion

With this initiative, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group confirms its role as a key partner in the development of projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure.
