Financing Feralpi Siderurgica’s industrial investments

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo participated in the EUR 170M pool financing to Feralpi Siderurgica.

Through this Sustainability Linked Loan, characterized by a performance margin linked to the achievement of two ESG KPYs, Feralpi will make significant industrial investments in line with its 2022-2026 industrial plan aimed at producing low-emission and more competitive steel.

Intesa Sanpaolo acted, together with other financial institutions, as financing bank, Global Coordinator, Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, as well as Sustainability Coordinator.

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group thus renews its support to the Feralpi Group and confirms its commitment to accompanying entrepreneurial realities in their development paths through sustainable growth.
