Sole Financial Advisor to Aquardens for the disposal of a majority stake to Eurazeo

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Sole Financial Advisor to Aquardens for the disposal of a majority stake to Eurazeo.

This was the first transaction completed by Eurazeo's EZORE fund, launched in December 2024 and dedicated to investments in Operational Real Estate assets across Europe. Aquardens' management is reinvesting alongside Eurazeo to support the company's further development phase.

Aquardens, a client of Banca dei Territori Division, is Italy's largest SPA park and offers a wide range of leisure and wellness services.

ThIS transaction confirms Intesa Sanpaolo's role as a reference partner for Italian mid caps in their development and consolidation processes.
