Presented the AGICI-Accenture Utilities 2025 Report, in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo

On 29 January, in Milan, was held the CFO Utilities Conference event organized by AGICI - an economic-strategic research and consulting boutique specialized in the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors - during which the 2025 Report of the AGICI-Accenture Utilities Observatory, in collaboration with the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, was presented.

The Report shows how, in a global context of gradual recovery of energy consumption and price normalization, despite the persistence of macroeconomic uncertainties, 2024 was a year of great investments for all energy operators, both in the field of renewable sources and in the improvement of networks and infrastructures. Extraordinary corporate finance activity was also particularly lively, with numerous M&A transactions being concluded.

The Report also provides an overview of the economic and financial performance of the energy sector at an Italian and European level, edited by Industry Energy of Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
