New Bonds Issued By Intesa Sanpaolo

Three new issuances expand the family of Intesa Sanpaolo Bonds, currently comprising senior and unsecured bonds:

• USD Step Down Bond (ISIN XS2918234670), 6-years tenor and gross annual decreasing coupons payable quarterly starting from 7.00% to 3.50%.
• USD Step Down Bond (ISIN XS2918233276), 8-years tenor and gross annual decreasing coupons payable quarterly starting from 7.00% to 3.50%.
• USD Step Down Bond (ISIN XS2918234084), 10-years tenor and gross annual decreasing coupons payable quarterly starting from 9.00% to 3.50%.

The new bonds are issued by Intesa Sanpaolo and are listed on both MOT and EuroTLX (part of Borsa Italiana).

The bonds can be traded through your own bank account, financial intermediary or phone banking. The offer price, interest payments and principal repayment will be in the original currency of the instrument.
