Listing Agent for Altea Green Power in transfer to STAR

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo acted as Listing Agent and Specialist in Altea Green Power’s admission to trading on the Euronext Milan market – STAR segment.

Altea Green Power, which was already listed on the Euronext Growth Milan multilateral trading facility of the Italian Stock Exchange, will move to the STAR segment of ordinary shares and warrants on 18^th November 2024.

Altea Green Power, a company followed by Banca dei Territori Division, which is mainly active in the development and construction of sustainable energy production plants, as well as operating as a service integrator within the photovoltaic, wind and BESS fields.
