KPN: new EUR 500M green hybrid bond issue

Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Active Joint Bookrunner on the placement of Koninklijke KPN N.V latest EUR 500M PerpNC5.25 Green Hybrid Bond - rated Baa3 (positive) by Moody’s, BBB (stable) by S&P and BBB (stable) by Fitch.

Use of Proceeds will be allocated to Eligible Green Projects that include Energy Efficiency, with a network transformation through projects reducing energy demand, Circular Economy, extending product life and reducing waste and Clean Transportation thanks to the fleet electrification reducing CO2 eq-emissions).
