The Banca dei Territori Division in synergy with the IMI Corporate & Investment Division has finalized a EUR 32.6M loan to support GreenGo's development projects.
Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, the Group company dedicated to the frontier of innovation and the dissemination of the circular economic-productive model, also collaborated in the operation. The credit line is part of the EUR 8 B ceiling made available by Intesa Sanpaolo to support the transition towards the circular economy.
GreenGo is a Bologna-based energy operator specialized in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy plants, and plans to build eight photovoltaic plants in Calabria, Sicily and Marche. The Bologna-based company is one of the protagonists of the Italian energy transition.
