Financial Advisor for F2i in the sale of 2i Gas Network to Italgas

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as financial advisor to F2i in the transaction to sell 2i Rete Gas to Italgas for a total amount of EUR 2.060Bn.

With this transaction, Italgas Group becomes the leading operator in Italy and Greece, as well as the leading European operator in the gas distribution sector.
