Sole Global Coordinator in NextGeo IPO

Intesa Sanpaolo, IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, acted as Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Specialist in Next Geosolutions Europe IPO on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM).

With a placement of EUR 57.5M (Greenshoe option included) and a market cap of approx. EUR 300M, it’s the second largest IPO ever on EGM.

The book has been covered 2x at full deal size, consisting of leading Italian and international investors, almost exclusively long only. For the positive conclusion of the transaction, the contribution of two Cornerstone Investors, Smart Capital and VSL Club, a player operating in the marine industry with a considerable track record of investments in this sector, and one Anchor Investor, ABC Company, was essential.

The company, into the Banca dei Territori Division perimeter, will be allowed to be listed on the EXM market in the next few years, thanks to the continuous growth and the concrete possibility to attain a prominent position in its sector.
