Intesa Sanpaolo awarded at ABF Wholesale Banking Awards 2022

The ABF Wholesale Banking Awards honours outstanding banks that have introduced groundbreaking wholesale banking solutions, products and services that proved to be industry game changer in the APAC.

On July 29, 2022 Asian Banking & Finance has released the rankings for its Wholesale Banking Awards 2022, where Intesa Sanpaolo, with the Corporate & Investment Banking Division, has been awarded as “Hong Kong International Swift Initiative of the Year”, by an esteemed panel of judges.

Leveraging on the capabilities developed by the Bank, pioneer of Swiftnet since 2015 and of GPI since 2017, the award-winning initiative is the one involving the client RGE Group in the implementation of 4 Swiftnets solutions, a service that can facilitate and speed up the digitalization process of the customer's treasury, in full compliance with a sustainable approach, respectful of the environment and attentive to the well-being of its employees as well as able to guarantee maximum efficiency.

This is a prestigious award that recognizes Intesa Sanpaolo's ability to build solid and fruitful relationships in a complex scenario for the first time in the APAC area, and testifies to the primary role it has managed to carve out for itself in Sustainable Financing & Green Economy.
