Winners of ECM Deal of the Year at Global Capital ECM Awards 2021

Intesa Sanpaolo has been awarded at Global Capital ECM Awards 2021 in Deal of the Year category for Allfunds transaction acting as Bookrunner.

In 2021 Allfunds priced its 2.164 million euro (including greenshoe) IPO on Euronext Amsterdam at 11,50 euro per share.

This represented the first active role on an IPO outside Italy for IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division and confirmed Allfunds exceptional positioning in the WealthTech sector in Europe.

The landmark transaction was the third largest IPO of 2021 in Europe, the third largest FinTech IPO worldwide since 2020 and the third largest IPO on Euronext Amsterdam since 2016.
