Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the IPO of Technoprobe

IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Technoprobe on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM).

Technoprobe is the first listed world leader in the tech sector. It designs and manufactures electromechanical interfaces called "probe cards", which are used to test the operation of chips during their manufacturing process and which guarantee the operation and reliability of the devices.

Technoprobe is the second world producer of probe cards in terms of volume and turnover and the only one in Italy.

With 713 million euros raised (including Greenshoe that may be exercised) and more than 3.4 billion euros of market cap at the date of listing, it is the largest IPO ever made on the Growth segment, considering all the European trading venues of Euronext, and one of the largest in Italy in recent years.

This listing brings the market cap of the EGM segment closer to that of the segment of the same name in Paris (Euronext Growth Paris).

An operation of this size, which saw the involvement of international Institutional Investors to a predominant extent, was placed by only two Italian banks without the help of foreign ones.
