IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Agent Bank for the structuring of a loan to support the growth of MBE Worldwide S.p.A., through the acquisition of the French company Prestashop SA, a leading e-commerce platform in Europe and Latin America.

MBE, an Italian company with headquarters in Milan, offers private individuals and entrepreneurs a platform of digitally integrated solutions for shipping, logistics, printing and marketing. MBE operates under several brands: Mail Boxes Etc. (except in the USA and Canada), AlphaGraphics, PostNet, Spedingo.com, Print Speak, PACK & SEND, Multicopy and now PrestaShop.

With this transaction MBE Group strengthens its international presence reaching an aggregate base of more than 600,000 business customers in Europe and over one million worldwide.
